My NEO WorldElite Mastercard includes a DragonPass airport lounge access.
I had assumed that this provided complimentary lounge access. However, upon using this feature yesterday, I was charged $32USD. What is the point of having the DragonPass feature if it doesn’t provide free lounge access? How do I go about obtaining credits for future usage, and to reimburse this current charge?

The DragonPass access with your Neo World Elite Mastercard covers the $100 annual membership fee, which is a great perk. But lounge visits come with fees set by the specific location.

Most Mastercard Elite Cards covers membership, however, unless specified, You are on the hook for the $32 USD. Typically access to lounges for unlimited access can run anywhere from $400-800, there are a couple credit cards that will give you a handful of visits. Perhaps it’s worth mentioning for a future premium perk with Neo.

Most of the banks are hiding these in the footnote. The only few unlimited access card I am aware of are all from Amex.

On top of that, I personally think having “free lounge passes” can be one of great add-on perks!

I think 4 free lounge passes a year would be a great perk. This is what I get with BMO WE and it is one of the things holding me back from Neo WE.
