Need a better product page to explain card features

Recently I was trying to understand Cathay Pacific CC more, and realized that how bad the website is designed. https://cathay.neofinancial.com/

  1. Not displaying the welcome bonus requirements besides the small footnote
  2. Not explainaing all benefits with details (lounge access, unlimited? enter with fees? how many free?)
  3. Any insurance coverage? Details? “Travel worry-free with coverage for emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and more” does not saying anything
  4. Footnote numbers cannot jump to the section directly
  5. Footnote font size is way too small
  6. Any other fees? Foreign transaction fees? Which conversion rate is used?
  7. Misleading information: 5x miles for Neo partners? Is this guarnteed minimum? Is this average?
  8. “Get exclusive membership perks: Online priority check-in, extra baggage redemption, and Cathay Pacific Business class lounge redemption access” how to access these? Do I enjoy these benefits with the card and membership? Do I have to pay with the card? Any certain requirements to get these benefits? What is lounge redemptioin access?

In general, this webpage is too sketchy for any new and returning users. This page does not provide any informative inforamtion in my opinion and significant redesign is required.

@futandrew all great points and appreciate the feedback! Sharing this with the team to see how we can implement - can see lots of this feedback being relevant across all card pages too!

Yes please update a few sections of the website on this.

  • Cashback Calculator is wrong (doesn’t include cashback caps)

  • Lounge access is not free nor included with the card or even the premium feature. All visits cost $39 unlike other travel cards that give you some free credits each year Neo gives you 0.

(If there is an option for Neo to get dragon pass or Priority pass to include some free credits for less than $39 per user per credit, it would be great to see that negotiated and the smaller cost passed on to us if need be as paying for airport lounge access defeats the purpose).
