Don't waste your time contacting support to dispute a transaction

First, use the Report Issue buttons in the app.

Hit that button. Go through the flow. If it’s fraud or possible fraud, we’ll help you secure your account. If your Uber Eats order didn’t survive the trip, we’ll help you dispute that too. Everything starts with this button.

Far too often, users waste time on the chatbot or on hold with support when all they need to do is hit this button. If you DO go through the work of getting to a support rep — that rep just hits this button for you and starts the process anyway.

The only fraud is to not contact support once in a while because they are really great lol. They seem to like their job and being treated well by Neo wich is something you don’t feel a lot in a call center environment.
