Hey Neo Team,
Why do you charge premium just to see my credit score. All other banks provide it for free and we also have third party apps for free but with Neo we can only see it if we pay the premium amount. This needs to be fixed.

I second that, what makes Neo standout is it’s ability for people to build credit. Getting to see the credit score for free or at a lower subscription fee will be a big selling point.
Instead of bundling with the subscription tier you can just charge only for credit score if not make it free.
