not sure if this is already somewhere on this forum but i just recently started using neo and love it so far but saw on reddit they don’t report to the usual credit bureaus in canada equifax transunion… can someone with more knowledge explain how it works i wanna make sure im optimizing building my credit from multiple angles! thx

Hi @trxly! Not sure where this thread was on Reddit, but we actually report to both Equifax and TransUnion!

From my understanding NEO does report to both Credit Bureaus. I called to find when I spoke with an Agent. Agent confirmed.
