Hey, Alex. Am having the same issue with being frozen out of my account without the ability to answer the nonsensical authentication questions. It’s an ONLINE bank so why on earth would I feel the need to download my statements in case I’m locked out. I LOG IN to see my balances for the precise reason of not needing to MEMORISE them in case some asks!
Considering I have the CARD in front of me, access to the account email, and was logging in via FACE ID…it is outrageous making me jump through these hoops.
Have tried speaking to your customer “service” twice and gotten nowhere. Kindly DM me so we can escalate this with some common sense.
