✅ Would really appreciate a option to export credit statements as .csv files

Could we get a button to export credit statements as csv files or any other format that works with excel?

For the past few weeks I’ve been trying to find a way to extract the data from my Neo credit statements into a spreadsheet for managing and analysing my expenses, but it’s a pretty clunky solution. My other credit card provider just added this feature and it has made my life so much easier.

All it would need to do is make columns for the transaction, date, time, and card used if necessary

Hey @Noam Thank you for your suggestion! I think this is such a great idea. Exporting credit statements as .csv files would be a super valuable feature, especially for those who track their expenses in spreadsheets. I’ll pass this idea along to our product team for consideration. We aim to make managing finances as seamless as possible, so we really appreciate your input!!

We’ll keep the community updated on any developments related to this feature. If you have any more suggestions feel free to share!

Hi there. I use an online platform and there I’m able to upload a spreadsheet to import expenses for accounts. I’m in favor that would be an amazing tool.

Yes, I agree.
I need to move all my expenses on my Neo credit card to a spreadsheet on excel monthly. It’s not even possible to copy + paste from the PDF statement to text, since the PDF is not structured.
My solution is using a 3rd party OCR tool to scan the PDF and output raw text.

1st quick win = make the PDF layout copy + pasteable, in a reasonable table format

2nd = option to save as .xls or .csv

I agree that csv download is a necessary feature. I download all my credit card transactions from other credit cards on a monthly basis. csv format is my preferred format but other CC’s also have downloads to other products such as Quicken, etc

This would be a great feature but it would also be great to search/sort for specific types of transactions right in the app.

Yes!! Or even better be able to sink with my budget app.

I found the same thing and talked to the chat about a number of times as downloading and tracking transactions is a necessity.

I stopped using my Neo Card because there was no way to get financial data (either through a linking service like Plaid, or - at a minimum - the ability to download .csv files).

A lot of your features and offers are excellent, but if we can’t link our accounts to wealth management or budgeting platforms, it is a non-starter for many of us. Many of us are managing multiple cards and other financial instruments (investments, LOCs, etc.). Being able to keep all of that synced and visible is table stakes in 2024. No other feature makes up for the absence of that functionality.

I would be happy to have this feature. I have a genuine need to track my finances, and having any form of download, .csv, .qif, .ofx would be beneficial. I was having deposits go in but had to redirect to another FI because Neo lacks that ability I take for granted. Inputting transactions manually is not an option for me at this time. I sincerely hope this gets implemented soon. I would gladly direct deposits to Neo once this becomes a reality.

Thank you.
