I am wondering what happened to the travel perks for extra cash back, smart delay, etc. I can’t see any information on what happened to this and when it was eliminated. Is there something that will be replacing this or is it just a feature that will no longer be available with Neo?

Great question — travel perks have recently changed.
Neo is currently phasing out the existing Perks program as we transition to a new Memberships model. As part of this update, the Travel perk (including benefits like extra cash back and SmartDelay) entered its sunset phase on February 1, 2026.
If you were already subscribed or on a free trial before this date, you’ll continue to receive Travel benefits until May 31, 2026. After that, the subscription will be automatically cancelled and the benefits will no longer be available.
New or unsubscribed customers can no longer sign up for the Travel perk.
Looking ahead, many of these benefits will be incorporated into our new Memberships offering. Stay tuned — more updates will be shared soon.
