I tried to follow the instructions provided by the chatbot (not super helpful) in swapping my Hudson Bay card for another Neo product. Half way through it became clear that all I was doing was applying for a new card. I have been unable to find a pathway to swapping. The FAQs make sound very easy but it doesnโt seem to exist. Iโd appreciate some help and a human being to talk to.
