Need your help for refund.Actually I tried to book flight tickets but that showed an error in booking because neo credit wasn’t accepted to that merchant . now the amount has been deducted and posted to my credit. The issue is i didn’t receive any service and neo is not refunding it as well Amount i1285$.
This totally unfair charge to me.
Please look into the matter and help
Is the charge still pending or has it posted? If the charge is pending, the merchant will likely reverse the authorization within a few business days. If the charge has been posted, then you may contact the merchant and if they refuse to give you the flight ticket, then you may file a dispute for services not delivered.
It is posted from last two days and it was pending from 18 june to 22 june
I tried to contact merchant but they are asking booking number or any reference number
I don’t have any booking details because order wasn’t completed and i didn’t receive any service or confirmation from them
I tried payment with scotiabank credit too and filed a dispute two days ago they refunded the money. But please solve this with neo
Because its happening 2nd time to me that Neo charge me an unwanted charges
