The Neo United World Elite Mastercard is simple to use, accepted anywhere else my Neo World Elite Mastercard is accepted.

I use Apple Pay 95% of the time, have not had or experienced any issues making purchases or paying the balance via the Neo app on iOS. Online purchases are also simple and protected with Mastercard’s SMS/MFA verification processes.

My only concern which took away half a star is the counting of MileagePlus Miles in the app, I see the current miles says 0, however when you enter the section, it then lists every transaction and the amount of miles earned, but yet, no updated total.

While there is a notification which says “Miles you earn are available to redeem at the end of each month”, I have been using this card since April 10th, I would have thought the balance would update on April 30th or May 1st. My United MileagePlus account on their website does not reflect a balance yet either.

This might be a small bug in the app that needs to be looked into by Quality Control, or I have not had an entire month yet for it to update correctly

Glad to hear you’re enjoying the card so far. The monthly miles bug has been identified by the product team - it will be a only be a one time issue. You should see your miles appear in shortly, as the team is already on it. Moving forward the will appear at the beginning of the month.
