I recently applied for a neo master card and I`m having trouble

  1. I haven`t received the master card yet.
  2. because, it stopped at the last step , it wasn`t the card I applied for .
  3. I clearly applied for a card with a 0 annual fee, but it says the annual fee is $ 125.
  4. I applied for a card that didn`t, but they forced me to apply for a deposit.
    • Can i change my card to one without an annual fee ?
    • If not, I would like to cancel the application itself.
    • Please tell me how .

Hi @Sd94, thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community! I’m so sorry to hear about the issue with your card. Have you had a chance to request a replacement through the Neo app? If not, here’s how to do it:

Neo App

  1. Log in to the Neo app

  2. In the Accounts tab, select your credit card or Neo Everyday account (for the Neo Money card)

  3. Tap Manage card

  4. Select Request a new card

Web

  1. Log in at member.neofinancial.com

  2. Click Cards from the left-side menu

  3. Use the arrows to select the card you want to replace

  4. Scroll down to Security & Help, then select Request a new card

I downloaded the app, and once I got in, it had me create a new account, and my card isn’t showing up on that

If you created a new account… it is a new account. If you were able to create a new account with the same email, your old account must not exist, You should probably just do a new application and get a new card.

What about the $100 I had uploaded previously?

If you have $100 in another account, you’re going to have to get into that other account. It must be created under a different email or something? Pretty sure it requires a SIN number to open a bank account, so it seems unlikely there would be a lot of duplicate accounts.
