Hi @Andre_Dionne , the $4,000 cap is specific to the Everywhere reward scheme. While the 4% on recurring payments (up to $500) is specific to the Gas and Grocery reward scheme. Hi @Geouky , the issue is because you paid through PayPal. It affects how the transactions is categorized for rewards.

I made 3 reoccurring payments and was supposed to get 4% cashback on each, I only got for my mobile plan and the other 2-rent and Internet, I only received 1%.

Can you screen cap the same way Phil did? Dev is going to look into it.

I’m 90% sure this is the MCC change. I think the June transaction came in BEFORE we flipped the switch on June 1. The MCC code they sent is not one of the codes that would be included going forward.
