I noticed a closed business is still showing on the Rewards network map in Vancouver: BiBo restaurant closed: Kitsilano location shuts its doors - Vancouver Is Awesome
Is there a process to flag or remove closed partner locations?

Hey @tkato Thanks for flagging this. It has been reported to the team and is being removed as we speak! I’ve created a post where members can report locations like this one. You can check it out here. 
Our team does have an internal process for this, but sometimes what happens is merchants who close down will forget to let us know. That’s where your help and the help of the community is greatly appreciated and helps us keep our Rewards network accurate. Thanks again for flagging this! Let me know in that thread if you notice any others.
