First of all it’s nonsense that you can no longer check your investment account on the website but have to use the app instead.
It’s even more annoying that both my investment accounts are broken on the app. It’s just a darkened screen and I can’t check on or move any money at all.
This is very concerning and if it doesn’t get fixed I will be moving all my accounts.
For what it’s worth, I also find removing Neo Invest from the desktop app super annoying. I did check the app though, mine is still fine, I can move money.
The app wanted me to update my information for my investments but the notification is appearing off screen or on the edge of the very bottom of the screen. I clicked on the tiny sliver of red almost by accident and updated the info and now I can access my investment accounts again. Although not being able to access them on the website is still total nonsense.
Thank you for flagging this and for following up with what worked. Glad to know you were able to regain access to your investment accounts by updating your information in the app. Also, your feedback about removing investment access from the desktop is valuable for product improvement.
