Today my account says it is temporarily disabled i am unable to login. This is my only banking account or profile all my money is in those acounts. When i call support i am told to wait for a email and they dont have access to any other information. Meanwhile I am screwed Friday after work soon to be the weekend and this is happening. needed to get things after work today like food and what not but instead I’m stuck sitting here waiting for a email for more information on this. Absolutely horrible. Anybody have any ideas what i should do here other than sit and wait to get a email ?
Anybody have any ideas for me this is excruciating just to check i tried making a purchase online and I got a email saying my accounts were closed and that card was automatically canceled. I just got this card a few weeks ago and I did not close my account.
That sounds rough, I’m sorry you’re going through it. Neo doesn’t typically freeze accounts except in extreme cases when we suspect something bad is happening, generally either an account takeover or a violation of the terms of use. This is part of our obligations as part of Fintrac. Hopefully it’s resolved quickly and everything is ok.

Apparently I violated terms somehow but they can’t tell me and I have no idea. Oh well I like neo but I guess I cannot be part or neo anymore due to whatever it was I did to violate the terms. Thanks for replying though
