A new year, new ideas! Canadians are subject to taxes at various levels of government - municipal, provincial, federal, to name a few. Most of the time, the process to make a payment towards any of these entities can be quite challenging to navigate. Neo could provide value to customers by providing an easy workflow to make a payment. Acknowledging this may be difficult to help with given the lack of flexibility for some of the processes. One of the reasons I love Neo is that the mobile app is great and the process to “get things done” is quick.
