๐ŸŽ‰ Now Live: Joint Neo Cash Accounts Are Here!

Big news, Joint Neo cash Accounts are officially live! You can now open and share a Neo Cash Account with someone you trust whether itโ€™s a partner, friend, or family member.

Whether youโ€™re managing shared expenses, planning a trip, or just keeping things simple, Joint Neo Cash Accounts make it easier to save together for those shared goals.

If you have an existing Neo Cash account, you can invite a trusted person to be a co-owner by following these steps:

Neo app

  1. Log in to the Neo app
  2. In Accounts, select the Neo Cash account you want to turn into a joint account
  3. Tap Manage (top right corner) and select **Add a co-owner

Web

  1. Log in to member.neofinancial.com
  2. Click Money in the left-hand menu
  3. Under Neo Cash, select the account you want to turn into a joint account
  4. Click the three dots (โ€ฆ) next to the account name and select Add co-owner

For the added co-owner (after the invite is sent):

1. Look out for an email with next steps

2. Review the terms

3. Complete a short application

4. Once approved, youโ€™ll be added to the account and ready to start spending

Please note:

  • The most important thing to keep in mind is trust, since both co-owners will have full access to the funds in the account.
  • Anyone 18 or older can be added as a co-owner, and you can have up to two joint Neo Cash accounts at a time.
