1) Introduce yourself! Where are you from, and what do you like to do in your spare time?
Hello Neo Community! I’m Tim from Vancouver, BC. I’m a passionate soccer coach and player, I love the sport! I also enjoy hiking.
2) Tell us about your experience with Neo! What made you choose us? (e.g., cashback, services, cards)
I chose Neo for the cashback and digital service model. The mobile app is incredibly efficient and easy to use, and makes banking faster. I’ve found everyday banking processes to be much quicker than with the big banks. I also appreciate the community.
3) What’s your favorite cashback category?
Groceries! It’s nice to get such a high cashback rate on a weekly essential.
4) Tell us the name of your favorite partner and why you love them!
It’s very hard to pick only one! As one example, I enjoy the partnerships Neo has had with various local coffee shops, recently Pallet Coffee Roasters.
