From the Prairies to national scale — Austin’s journey is one of momentum, grit, and reinvention.
After starting out at SkipTheDishes helping scale across Canada, Austin joined Neo in early 2020, just before launch. Over the next five years, he helped shape multiple chapters of growth — from building Canada’s largest cashback network to launching a national D2C engine.
Every phase demanded something new: urgency, structure, consistency. And in true Neo fashion, he was surrounded by people who pushed the bar — and helped him raise his own.
Now, he’s taking that same energy into his next chapter as Head of Growth at Chexy, a Canadian fintech reimagining rent.
We’re excited to see where his next adventure takes him, and we’re proud to have had him as part of the Neo family.
