Why do I get not approved
I have followed all requirements to obtain the Advance?
I am not a brand new account holder
I have a chequing account and secured credit
What am I doing wrong
Please help this would be handy for my needs I just never get to have extra help with banks and the offers they give if a person doesn’t have a chance of approval then why give the option to apply to get the hopes up
Hey @Patricia_Gould, thanks for flagging this. When did you apply for Neo Advance? Also, have you had a chance to reach out to our Support team about this yet?
@Patricia_Gould There can be a few reasons why an application for Neo Advance may not be approved. Along with membership and credit history requirements, things like an outstanding court judgment, a consumer proposal that hasn’t been satisfied, or a bankruptcy that hasn’t been discharged may affect eligibility.
