Newbie here! My app was set up at the mall using e-transfer from my bank for the initial money load. I’ve used my card from the wallet and want to top up the ‘cash’. I ‘requested’ $800 from the bank, then sent the amount which now shows up in the NEO app as current balance - $800 available .. but that $800 is not showing as available on my card. Not an intuitive program, and not sure if the perks are worth the hassle. Thanks for any direction you can give me!

From what you’re describing, it sounds like you have a secured credit card.
You can increase the credit limit of your Neo Secured Credit card by adding more funds to the security fund. Transfer funds from your Neo Everyday account or an external financial institution to increase the limit.
How to manage your security fund:
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app
- In the Accounts tabs, select Credit and select your account
- Select Manage security funds
- Tap +Fund
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Web
- Log in to member.neofinancial.com
- Click on Credit and select your account
- Select the Details tab and click on Manage security fund
- Click on +Fund
- Follow the on-screen instructions
It takes 3-5 business days for funds to be posted in your security fund.
I also just wanted to let you know that secured cards work just like regular credit cards, so you’ll still need to make payments based on your statements. Your security deposit is your credit limit.
