Is the World Cup in your 2026 budget? ⚽️

Happy Money Monday! :soccer_ball:

The World Cup is officially landing on home soil this summer, and as of April 1st, we’ve hit the Last-Minute Sales Phase. If you’re looking to catch a match in Toronto or Vancouver, it’s officially “first-come, first-served” on the FIFA website.

Fair warning: between dynamic pricing and high demand for Category 3 seats, tickets are moving fast (and getting pricier). If single matches are sold out, check the official resale marketplace or hospitality packages to avoid the scammy stuff on third-party sites.

Being part of history is incredible, but it shouldn’t wreck your budget. Whether you’re splurging on a seat or hosting the ultimate watch party to save those loonies, we want to hear your strategy.

Are you hitting the stadium this summer, or are you cheering from the couch to keep your savings on track?

I’ll be cheering from the couch and avoiding the Toronto traffic mayhem that’ll be happening. Which is everyday, can’t imagine then!
