I think my favorite features that Iāve been using the most are the recently implemented credit insights, and the spending insights.
Tracking where I am and comparing it to previous monthsā cash flows help tackle issues of unnecessary spending. Itās surprising how much anyone can spend on things like takeout or entertainment throughout a monthās time!
That being said, I love features that put things visually and into perspective. It makes it easier to understand and digest.

Hello, Iām Douna and I am new to Neo, since Sept. I had a Neo credit card and Everyday Spending and High-Interest Saving. Every time I go for groceries and gas I always use my Neo card and love it. But I noticed that from March 21 to 29 there was no cash back in all my groceries.
