Yesterday we talked about money as a tool for the life you want. Today letâs look at a trend thatâs all about being intentional with what you buy and what you donât buy.
Thereâs a viral idea online called underconsumption core, where people focus on using what they already have, buying only whatâs truly needed, and avoiding impulse purchases. This trend pushes back against constant consumerism and encourages more thoughtful spending.
Shifting toward this mindset can help you reduce waste, save money, and make financial decisions that line up with your longâterm goals and values.
Whatâs one spending habit youâve changed to better reflect your values?
Looking forward to your comments
