I live in a more rural part of Canada and would like to see if there are NEO partners of any kind nearby. I tried the search location function (powered by Google) by entering the name of my community and the system stated “Loading…” indefinitely. Any way to compel the system to list my community so I can select it? With other apps or websites that offer search location, I type in the name of my community, and my community’s name come up along other communities with the same or similar name in other provinces, I select it, the website confirms it, and then the website proceeds onward from there.
Hey @bbrooks, thanks for the flag! Just to better understand, have you had a chance to try searching for your community on both the Neo app and the website? Also, does this feel more like a technical glitch where the system is just hanging, or does it seem like the search tool is specifically struggling to recognize your community’s name?

I had been using the website, and it definitely felt like “a technical glitch where the system is just hanging”.
I just tried the app (I usually do not use apps because I am a touch typist) and it worked the way I expected. As expected, there are no partners outside of Winnipeg in Manitoba.
