This thing is not new, ive been telling this to another agent when i used the chat via web. Nothing seems to be passed over and fixed

@Biohacker are you logged into a VPN? The team has tested this on our end and we are not coming up with any issues so we think it could be that you are logged into a VPN. Can you confirm if this is the case?
