I’d love to see Neo add the option to deposit cheques through the app.
Even though digital payments are common, many people still receive cheques from time to time. Right now, not being able to deposit cheques with Neo can be inconvenient for customers who want to manage everything in one place.
A mobile cheque deposit feature would make Neo even more useful and convenient for everyday banking. Funny enough i have closed my CIBC, now I’m stuck

Yes same here. Even though I usually use direct deposit I’ve gotten the odd check or two and haven’t been able to deposit through the app which is frustrating.
I get paid by cheque and I keep my other bank open and e-transfer myself everytime. It’s annoying but works.
Yes that is a great idea. I have also closed all other bank accounts. What I do is give to my wife or a friend then when it clears have them email transfer. Good luck
I agree! This is the only reason I still have my CIBC account open. Would love to see tis feature soon
