Kondo’s method of organizing is known as the KonMari method, and consists of gathering together all of one’s belongings, one category at a time, and then keeping only those things that “spark joy” (Japanese language [ときめく] tokimeku, translated as equivalent to English “flutter, throb, palpitate”), and choosing a place for everything from then on. Kondo advises to start the process of tidying up by “quickly and completely” discarding whatever it is in the house that doesn’t spark joy. [Marie Kondo - Wikipedia]
I find the app very cluttered with things that I don’t need, while things I need are hard to find. For example, a good portion of the main screen is the mortgage offer that I can’t close.
But if I want to see the cards I already have, I have to scroll all the way down. Ideally, I would want everything to be located in an obvious, intuitive place where I want it, without having to rearrange things myself. But I would also prefer the option to rearrange things or change view that makes most sense for me.
The menu is also full of products that I don’t use, including mortgages, loans, insurance etc. Of course I would love to learn about all the great new products that Neo is offering, but I don’t need a bunch of products I didn’t sign up for just hanging there in the app.
