As I sit down to reflect on this past year, I can’t help but feel grateful. 2024 has been full of growth, challenges, and incredible milestones, and I want to just take a moment to appreciate everything we’ve accomplished together.
When I think about Neo and this community, I’m reminded that it’s so much more than banking. It’s about people like you, who push us every day to be better, do better, and that’s what makes these wins so special. Your feedback, ideas, and enthusiasm shape so much of what we do and seeing this community grow has been one of the best parts of my year.
I’ve also been lucky to see firsthand how your feedback has been taken into consideration and actioned by the Neo team. It’s shown me the quality of people I work with - people who genuinely care about making a difference and creating something better for you.
As we head into 2025 (with some exciting new features like mobile cheque deposits and joint accounts - just a little sneak peek
