I wonder what it would take to turn this forum into a vibrant community with a lot of people. Right now there aren’t many people here, and it’s hard to see how this community is supposed to grow.
There are many ways to build funnels into this community. What is the best way to invite people who add value and make it fun and not just complain?
I noticed there is a “share feedback” button in the app. Perhaps users with good feedback could be invited to this community. Thoughts?
I appreciate you thinking about the growth of the community alongside us! We’ve been actively working on different ways to funnel people in, but we’re being intentional rather than adding it everywhere at once. We’re already seeing steady growth and more peer to peer support which is great to see. Integrating the community into the website, app, and other channels is a work in progress. We want to do it right and create real engagement.
@Paul love where your heads at, this is exactly what the team is/has been working on!
Quick win example - community is now linked on the website (homepage nav bar → under support → under contact). Small thing sure, but helps promote visibility and builds the case for further integration with everything we do.
Will share more as we keep building, would be great to get your thoughts!
