Is there a speccific reason you cant use Neo products to purchase Crypto? Also currency exchange kiosks while travelling? ---

Crypto is very volatile. Although Neo can mitigate the risk, pretty sure it’s not worth the investment and or the liability. Neo seems to be super strong as a fintech and I prefer to have them focusing on nice perks and good CSR than going crypto like some of the other fintech out there. ---

Agreed, but not looking for Neo to go crypto. Just looking for them to allow me to use my MasterCard to purchase crypto on other platforms. ---

I am also curious about why no crypto purchases? I have been using a platform for years that requires me to pay via litecoin. I didn’t know I would suddenly be unable to purchase it. ---

Great question! The quick answer is that a lot of fraudsters and money launderers use crypto purchases for nefarious purposes. Are you saying that you used to be able to buy crypto from this merchant using Neo and now you can’t? ---

No, I am new to neo. I think that people should be trusted to make their own decisions with their own money. As well as, I believe that people deserve to educate themselves about crypto and the only way to do that is to experiment with it and use it. Many online platforms require crypto to access their services and this is a barrier for people wanting to use those platforms. ---
