# We'd like to hear from you on the Neo Rewards Network

Hey @JAdomait Thanks for sharing your feedback. it’s much appreciated! Let me address your points below:

1. Spending Caps: We’re always exploring ways to improve the cashback experience. While spend caps aren’t affected by the premium subscription, it increases your earn rate (eg: World Elite Card with premium subscription would be: 7% on groceries, 5% on gas, 1.5% on everything else with premium). Your suggestion to move to a yearly cap is valuable, and I’ll share this with the team!

2. Partner Rewards: Thanks for pointing this out. I recommend posting specific examples in the missing cashback thread, I’ve just created here: [Missing Cashback? Let us know here!](https://neofinancial.discourse.group/t/missing-cashback-let-us-know-here/1199)  
That way the team can see specific examples and investigate further into why this is occurring.

3. Merchant Listings: We’re working on removing inactive merchants from the app to reduce confusion. Thanks for your patience while we improve this!
