On [Neo Gas & Grocery Mastercards: Earn Up to 5% Cashback.](https://www.neofinancial.com/credit-cards/gas-and-grocery) , it says 4% on gas & EV charging and 3% on recurring payments for the World Elite on the large card description, but then it says 4% on recurring payments and 3% on gas & EV charging for the comparison below.
