Hi, I urgently need assistance. I mistakenly made a payment to my old Capital One Hudson’s Bay Mastercard, which is now closed. That card no longer exists, and I believe Neo is now handling Hudson’s Bay credit cards. Can someone help me recover the payment? Thank you.
