# United Card - First $3000 spend within 3 months

Good evening,

Are we going to be notified when we have reached the $3000? There is a bonus if you spend $3000 within the first 3 months. I have spent more than 3000 within the first month or so but did not received a notification or something. What is the time timeline to receive that juicy bonus lol.

It’s my understanding that the individual pending this card has to wait 6-8 weeks to receive their miles due to possible fraud issues that united will want to be sure isn’t the case. Iv reached quialifed for this amount as well. It’s simply a waiting game.

The timeline on this one is long. It’s supposed to be awarded after 90 days, at the next Miles upload date. Since Miles are uploaded at the beginning of every month and you were part of the beta, you’d be part of the early August upload.

As @Sooley38 mentioned, this is prevent fraud. We are looking at some fast track options to reward folks who embrace the new card with an earlier bonus, but it’s still very TBD.

Ultimate combo lol
