I have moved everything over to the NEO cashback card and my credit score impacted saying I have missed payments on the old credit card, but yet it is closed and everything has been moved over. I owe no balance on new card. Also don’t have access to Tim’s financial app anymore, so what is the deal? ---

Welcome to the community @geoanders! 🎉 Thanks for flagging this. I checked the Tims card side, and the account is fully paid with no outstanding balance. Just to help me understand what may have happened, did you have a previous Neo card before the Tims card was transferred over, with your Tims information on file? Also, do you remember missing any payments on the Tims card in the past? ---

Here is the response I got from support: > The payments you were seeing were interest charges that were applied after your account was transferred to Neo Financial. We have since removed the interest charges from your card and updated your account accordingly. You should no longer be receiving these notifications going forward. > > The reason this occurred was because of an issue with how the interest was applied during the account transfer process to Neo Financial. This has now been fully resolved on our end. Seems like an issue during the transfer process. This issue has now impacted my credit score, saying I missed two payments after the full transfer. The two payments missed were flagged on the old card for August and September, which would have been outside the transfer in June. Everything on the new card is all paid up to date and no issues there. ---

@geoanders I’m really sorry for the impact on your credit. I’m going to take this back to the team to see where things may have gone wrong during the transfer and what we can do from here. I’ll keep an eye on it and get back to you once I have an update. ---

It’s the same on TransUnion as well, showing two missed payments for the same months. ---
