I’m trying to use the migration link to move my Secured Tims Mastercard to Neo Financial. Re: the TIms migration — since you have a Neo account but no Neo credit products, you don’t have to do anything. Your Neo card will arrive automatically on renewal date. Is that all good? ---

Sounds good! Will the Neo replacement card that I get offered come with cashback and web/app access? Because I read that if I just do the automatic migration then that will cause me to be issued a no rewards and phone only support card. ---

It will come with both of those things, no problem. You can also apply for a Neo card proactively and get started now, if you want to. ---

I tried to migrate/merge my Tim’s card both through the email, the link on Tim app and the link on Neo app. I chose the option to merge my account and get a message that I’ll get an email with further instructions but that email never comes. I tried several times. Not in the junk either. Is it possible that because I have several Neo card it cause a bug? Should I contact support instead? Thanks! ---

Hello, first time I tried was just when this was announced and the option went live, pretty sure it’s been more than 10 days. I tried a few more time since then and always get the same confirmation telling me I’ll receive an email in the next 10 days but never received anything. ---

Which profile? My Neo or Tims Financial one? And where is the consent located within those apps?
