Can’t reply/follow up my own previous post anymore because it’s “closed” by the representative without me even receiving the Cathay MasterCard welcome bonus. It’s been 8 weeks, and I am still waiting for the welcome bonus. If it takes so long to get the Asia miles, why bother giving out a timeline of “you will receive the bonus in a couple of days and up to 8 weeks”. Just simply say it can take more than 8 weeks. ---

An agent just “escalated” this case, and I was told someone would get back to me in 10 business days. How is this an escalation… I read an old Reddit post from a few months ago that someone from this community helped deposit the bonus in the next day after the post. Could someone help me with the same?? I don’t know why it’s so challenging to give the customers what they are promised. ---
