Rewards showing incorrect category

This is a summer grocery store I use. And it always count as everything else than a grocery store. Wondering who could correct this.

The store has to do it. The transaction category comes from how their card machine and payment processor were set up, not the bank, NEO in this case.

You can see just under the name of the vendor, it says “specialty foods”. I’ve seen this a lot with natural markets and health food stores.

Thank you. Also do you guys why my rewards of different category like Grocery -5% , Reccurent - 4% . They all are gone noe its just 2% on world elite mastercard.

Hi Kirthi, it sounds like your card rewards scheme has changed to the “everywhere” cashback option, where everything is 2%. You should be able to change to Groceries, Gas, and Recurring if you want to. If you run into issues changing it yourself, let me know and I’ll flip it for you.
