Need your help for refund.Actually I tried to book flight tickets but that showed an error in booking because neo credit wasn’t accepted to that merchant . now the amount has been deducted and posted to my credit. The issue is i didn’t receive any service and neo is not refunding it as well Amount i1285$. This totally unfair charge to me. Please look into the matter and help ---

Is the charge still pending or has it posted? If the charge is pending, the merchant will likely reverse the authorization within a few business days. If the charge has been posted, then you may contact the merchant and if they refuse to give you the flight ticket, then you may file a dispute for services not delivered. ---

I tried to contact merchant but they are asking booking number or any reference number I don’t have any booking details because order wasn’t completed and i didn’t receive any service or confirmation from them ---

I tried payment with scotiabank credit too and filed a dispute two days ago they refunded the money. But please solve this with neo Because its happening 2nd time to me that Neo charge me an unwanted charges ---

This is technical error with neo Because this extra transaction happened to me again and Neo didn’t refunded me before
