# Old customer, new card design?

I have been with Neo for over 2 year and really love that new card design but for me in the App, it still shows the old card and I really want the new card design, is there any way I could get access to that so that I could use it?
Would love to have it and show it off since I am the one in my group to get everyone on Neo but they question me every time i pull out the old design card

Hey @paragsood12 Thanks for being such a loyal Neo user! At the moment, we don’t offer the option to switch card designs unless you need a replacement for a lost or damaged card. Let me know if you have any other questions!
