Hi guys/ladys, Never bank with Neo financial. They have frozen my account for no reason and I have sent 13 emails but no one reply me. My funds are stuck in that bank. Never bank with Neo

There’s always a reason. You either dont agree with it or just dont know it yet. Id try calling customer service, they can be quite helpful. Their number is on the back of your card. Hopefully it is just an error that is easily fixed.

Sorry to heard about the current situation you are going through, you mentioned you’ve sent emails to them, have you tried calling the customer service number?

I have never had an issue with Neo bank. All banks are being carefully these days and sometime need 4-5 days when moving money to insure everything is legit.

No reason to slander a company based off one users choices. I’ve had neo for 3 years now. Never had an issue
