Everybody has a first time doing something financially responsible.

Personally, I finally opened a TFSA and made my first contribution this week.

Sometimes the biggest progress isn’t the amount — it’s starting.

Other first-time moments:  
• Saying “I’ll wait before buying”  
• Tracking spending for a full month  
• Putting money into an emergency fund
