The ability to view and change PIN in the app. Something as simple as resetting PIN can take hours with other banks. ---

I’ve found with other reward frameworks that they never actually materialize or it is too long of a wait before seeing any tangible benefit. I also appreciate the ease of use of the Mobile app. I find the ability to view a detailed list of transactions and cash flow in the mobile app and website helps me manage my finances better. I can imagine this part of Neo will only improve further. ---

My favourite feature is the instant payment on my credit card. It’s subtle but I love seeing my balance paid immediately vs waiting.
