Hey everyone!!! Today I want to tell you a little more about the levels of engagement we have here in the NeoCommunity. It has been great to see the conversations and feedback so far!

When you sign up here in the Community and participate in a post or discussion, or share your thoughts on a topic, you become a NeoExplorer. Once you contribute regularly on posts you advance to NeoContributor, and finally, NeoExpert! Let’s learn more about each level below! 🚀

> - **NeoExplorer** 🟢 Become an active participant in the community by exploring discussions and sharing your thoughts

> **NeoContributor**
>
> - **NeoContributor** 🔵 Contribute regularly by starting meaningful discussions, offering support, and helping shape the direction of the community

>
> - **NeoExpert** 🟠 Show your expertise by providing in depth insights, guiding discussions, and consistently offering valuable advice to the community

Progressing through each level is based on a range of system-defined metrics, like how often you visit the community, the number of likes exchanged, and posts you’ve read. It’s a partnership that grows with your ongoing dedication!

This is a really great idea! I love the community aspect to a credit card company!
