# I have lost my bay credit card, please help

Please note, that I have lost my Bay card. I went to the Bay to pay my bill, but I was told I have to pay thru Neo.  
I was able to login to Neo, but I am having a problem with logging in.  
I am very frustrated and need help  
I was hoping to have a phone number to call Neo, but looks like there is no such number.  
At this point, after I pay my balance I really need to cancel my card. Please respond asap
