# Download CSV not showing up, nor any filtering transaction option

I usually download my transactions as CSV files every end of the month.  
Today I woke up with not option to do that.  
Tried with Chrome and Safari. Both not showing the option where it should be.

@Guilherme_Debortoli Could you try checking from another device or making sure your current device and browsers are fully updated? Opening a private/incognito tab or checking through the updated Neo mobile app can also help pinpoint if it’s a browser caching glitch
