# Credit limit offer on secure card

Hello, I have the secured credit card & received a credit limit increase offer from Neo. The chat bot says that this will not require a hard credit check since it is Neo that prompted the increase. However, when I go to the form to join the “waitlist” for the credit limit increase it says that a hard credit check will be required. Can anyone give me a straight answer?

Further, do we know if this is still a secure credit card or am I being transitioned to a regular credit card?
