# Card Inclusions

Hello!

I had a question I thought to ask. One of my favourite parts about my Neo World Elite card is rental car insurance. This perk/inclusion is greatly appreciated and I love it.

Every time I rent a car though, I fear that coverage has changed and I may have missed an announcement. If something like this was discontinued/no longer offered, would we find out through an update email or something?

I only ask as every time I rent car which isn’t super often, I read through everything 500 times to make sure nothing has changed since last time.

It may be a dumb question but as I wondered, I thought hey let’s ask!

I appreciate the insight and efforts to help with my question.

Hi @Jasont - something like a change of insurance coverage, or removal of a perk, would absolutely be communicated with all cardholders (if that were to happen). But we have no plans to change the coverage, in any way, at this moment. 👍
